If you are not satisfied with your purchase or the size does not fit, you can request a return or exchange of the product purchased on Facco Fashion within 14 days of the date of delivery of the product.

How to proceed:

• Send us an email at faccofashion@gmail.com
  Enter the name you used to make the purchase, the order reference number, the reason for the purchase, and whether you're requesting a return or size exchange. If requesting an exchange, enter the new size you'd like.

• Please wait for our confirmation email before proceeding.

• Shipping costs for returning the product (return or exchange) are the responsibility of the buyer.
  We offer a home collection service via our courier or the option of delivering the package to a Punto Poste Network collection point for €6.00 - €10.00 depending on the size of the package and the location.
  Alternatively, you can choose your preferred shipping method.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:
- The products to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were received.
- The products must be intact, undamaged and unused.
- If there are labels or tags attached to the products, these must not be removed and must be intact.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with any accessories.
- Shipment must take place within 14 days from the date you received the order.

Facco Fashion will not accept returns that do not comply with the terms and conditions set out in our return policy.

Refund conditions:
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Any initial shipping costs incurred by the customer will not be refunded.
- If you choose to return the item via our courier, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total.
- The sums will be refunded as soon as possible and in any case within 7 days of receipt and verification of the products.

EUROPE

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return of the product purchased from Facco Fashion within 14 days of the delivery date.

Shipping will be handled independently and entirely at the customer's expense using a courier of their choice.
